Iowa’s labor commissioner decides Iowa will not enforce the Federal mandate. Given that Iowa has it’s own state OSHA plan, that is federally approved, and that the provisions of the plan do as much to protect the workplace as the Federal plan Iowa does not have to enforce the vaccine or mask/test mandate. Meaning employers in Iowa need not enforce the mandate!
