Keep the Pressure on

Updated: Jan 7, 2022

We understand there’s been a lot of changes at work places all across Iowa since the “Exemption” bill (HF902) was passed last special session. As businesses try to navigate both state and federal influences, it’s often you, the employee, that suffers the brunt of it.

We don’t for one second believe this is what Iowans wanted and we don’t for one second believe it’s going to be effective in stopping employers from discriminating based on vaccine status, using coercion or violating bodily autonomy in exchange for employment.

It is critical for all Iowans to CONTINUE to call your legislators and Gov. Kim Reynolds and demand a better solution. • remind them top down legislation is inadequate in meeting the needs of Iowans as it does not go through the appropriate checks and balances (the “Exemption” bill was a top down, rushed, and closed door solution). • Share your personal story!

Don’t let this issue fall to the wayside! We can’t let up from the gas now! Your stories need to be heard. If you’ve experienced any of the following, your legislator needs to hear from you!

Report the following offenses to IAFREEDOMVIOLATIONS.com • termination • exemption denial • retaliation • discrimination • And more!

If you don’t share your experience, lawmakers will believe the issue has been fixed when we know it certainly has not!
