No mandates. Period.

Governor Kim Reynolds has now filed a lawsuit against three of the Biden Administration vaccine mandates issued by executive order. The OSHA executive order is the only one to have a “stay” issued on it, temporarily halting its enforcement, while the Federal Contractors and CMS mandates have not had anything issued as of yet.

We applaud our Governor’s efforts at STANDING against the unconstitutional overreach by this administration. We look forward to further action being taken to ensure no mandates, whether issued by private entities or government organizations, exist in our state. “Our Liberties we Prize and our Rights we will Maintain”
