Informed Choice Iowa continues its work during the 2026 Legislative Session to defend informed consent, patient safety, and individual rights in health care decision-making. Our priorities include bills that carried over from 2025 as well as new legislation introduced this year to close loopholes, strengthen transparency, and protect Iowans from coercive medical policies.
