MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center requiring all employees to be vaccinated for covid-19

According to the information we’ve received this isn’t the only location. Notices are going out to multiple Mercy location employees.

If you know of a Mercy employee who received notice, please share with them the iafreedomviolations.com website and ask them to report this violation.

We are so sad there is no protection in state law for these employees. This is what it looks like when employers rights trump an individuals right to life.

Do Iowa lawmakers think an employer has the right to force an abortion as a condition of employment? Do you think an employer has the right to force a hysterectomy or sterilization as a condition of employment? After all, it would save on production and employees wouldn’t have that pesky maternity leave, sick kiddos, etc.! If it suits the needs of the employers do Iowa law makers support their rights over the employees in those cases too? Or do employer rights trump bodily autonomy only for experimental vaccines for an illness with a 99.9% recovery rate, and that can’t be “uninjected” once they leave and find work elsewhere?

Share this post or article with your legislators and remind them:

- We still do not have long term safety established for this product.

- Ask your legislators where they draw the line between employers rights and employees bodily autonomy.

- Ask your legislators what they think will happen to our healthcare system when 1:43 of our healthcare workers have adverse reactions (CDC data from initial healthcare worker rollout) and what unknown long term reactions could come up down the road?

- Ask your legislators to protect IOWANS ASAP!
