Exemptions are being Denied

Unfortunately we are hearing many Mercy exemptions were denied today in various locations. Please DO NOT COMPLY and DO NOT BACKDOWN!!

You have protected religious rights under Federal and State law. Here are the actions you can take and that you must take because it will never just be 1 or 2 doses and it will never be JUST THIS VACCINE! They have had their goals to put all adults on a recommended schedule like children for years. They only have 30% compliance with adults receiving that schedule but their desire is for full compliance similar to children. This is why we cannot back down because once you allow this you allow them all!!

All exemption denials need to be reported to:

1. Iowa civil rights commission: https://icrc.iowa.gov/file-complaint

Include as much written documentation as possible.

2. Email legislators: (subject line exemption denial)

Amanda.Wille@legis.iowa.gov (judiciary chair staff to send documentation- exemption, correspondence, etc.)
