Does the NY governor truly think it's a better option to bring in the National Guard, pay high rates for travel nurses, and bring back retired nurses over allowing choice of vaccination for healthcare workers?
What comfort level would it bring the NY governor if her loved one was hospitalized & had many of the seasoned professionals replaced with interim personnel? What does that do to quality of care? Morale? Is this going to have more of a dangerous impact than healthcare workers who refuse a vaccine that doesn't prevent infection nor spread of the virus?
How long does this mandate stand in NY? For how many boosters? How many other healthcare workers will quit after being fed up after their 4th, 5th, 10th booster? When does it end?
