And here we go! First it starts as a recommendation while those "unvaccinated" (now meaning only having 2 doses) will be treated differently until they get their booster and once again become fully vaccinated.
"In some cases, those who are vaccinated but elect to not receive a booster would be subjected to game-day testing again starting Dec. 1, the NBA said. That Dec. 1 date varies depending on when the person was originally vaccinated and what type of vaccine they received."

If this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated & these vaccines work, then why are we giving boosters anyway?
