Manipulation from Government to Vaccinate

Is this why healthcare facilities are mandating their employees get vaccinated or resign (including remote workers with no patient contact)? Because it hurts their bottom dollar? How does it make one feel to point blank see the manipulation of our government run healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid)?
What emotions does this stir up to read, "one of the most powerful tools the Biden administration has at its disposal..." is essentially Medicare and Medicaid facility recipients have to force mandates to meet certain requirements or lose funding?
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) is in fact paving the way for this manipulation as stated by them in their August 2 fact sheet.
This is government healthcare.
They are also paying $40 per shot given. Quite an incentive to keep pushing.
